Well, it’s May already. June will be on us before we know it! As you can see this newsletter is jam packed with all of the end of year activities as well as summer camp opportunities, requests to fill open PTA committee positions and info for ordering school supplies for next year! Whew!
A new PTA board was voted in at the May 8th meeting. I want to personally thank these parents for stepping up to ensure the PTA will continue at Cub Run and wish them all the best in the upcoming year. I ask all Cub Run parents to take time not only to consider how you can help the new board achieve their objectives, but to actively support the PTA by volunteering your time and talent to help with PTA events. The “P” in PTA is PARENT—that means Y-O-U!As a “thank you” to all our hard working volunteers Eggspectation will again host the volunteer lunch on Friday, June 8th at 11:30AM. A flyer with more information will be coming home in the next couple of weeks—watch for it in your child’s Wednesday folder!
